Remote Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:

Sonic Automotive is currently seeking a Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, ideal for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or contact center roles.

As a Remote Contact Center Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers remotely, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our contact center system.

We are looking for motivated and passionate individuals with strong emotional intelligence and adaptability skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a high level of professionalism.

In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, the Remote Contact Center Assistant may be asked to support other contact center functions as needed.
