Job Description:
As a Remote Contact Center Assistant at Becton Dickinson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your role will involve handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, or phone, and ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues. You will work remotely from Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH, on a part-time basis at the Associate Level with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, providing assistance and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner - Use your creativity and emotional intelligence to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer inquiries - Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance the customer experience - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and service level goals - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - Previous experience in a customer service role with a minimum of 4 years of experience - Strong dedication to providing excellent customer service - Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively - Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence - Creativity in problem-solving and ability to think outside the box - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Availability to work remotely and on a part-time basis - Fluency in English and German
