Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

Biotronik AG is currently seeking a dedicated and resourceful Contact Center Associate to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level professional with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, you will play a crucial role in our contact center operations.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions - Process orders, returns, and exchanges while adhering to company policies - Conduct research to resolve complex customer issues and escalate as needed - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and build long-lasting relationships

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence to effectively interact with customers - Ability to conduct thorough research to address customer inquiries - Experience using CRM software and other customer service tools - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Proven ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts as needed - Prior experience in a contact center or customer service role is preferred
