Job Description:
Lear is seeking a motivated Contact Center Associate to join our team in Zurich, CH. This is a part-time, work from home opportunity for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent, energetic, possess strong strategic planning and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues efficiently - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service role - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Strategic planning and critical thinking skills - Energetic and motivated personality
