We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Contact Center Manager to join our team at VF in Zurich, Switzerland. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our contact center operations, ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of contact center agents to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve performance targets. 2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize contact center operations, including workforce management, customer engagement, and quality assurance. 3. Monitor key performance indicators to track and evaluate the effectiveness of the contact center operations. 4. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to contact center staff to promote continuous improvement. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions and drive operational efficiencies. 7. Develop and implement training programs to support the professional development of contact center staff.
Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in contact center management or related field. 2. Strong leadership skills with a passion for driving performance and motivating teams. 3. Energetic and results-driven with a strategic mindset and a focus on continuous improvement. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to conduct research and analyze data to inform decision-making. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and contact center technologies. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
