Remote Contact Center Manager

We are seeking a Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team at Glas Trösch Holding AG. This part-time position is based in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH and is geared towards individuals at the mid-to-senior level with at least 7 years of experience in contact center management.

As a Remote Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our contact center team, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively. This includes managing a team of remote agents, monitoring performance metrics, implementing process improvements, and providing ongoing coaching and training to team members.

We are looking for a driven and dedicated individual with a strong attention to detail and excellent leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting performance goals.

In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, the Remote Contact Center Manager will also be expected to continuously learn and adapt to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think strategically about how to improve the overall customer experience.
