AbbVie is seeking a part-time Contact Center Manager to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland. As a Contact Center Manager, you will play a key role in our customer service operations, overseeing a team of contact center representatives and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to our customers.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the contact center, ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery - Develop and implement strategies to improve the customer experience and drive customer satisfaction - Monitor key performance metrics, identify trends, and implement solutions to address any issues - Train and coach contact center representatives to enhance their performance and professional development - Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to contact center representatives - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolution as needed
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 7 years of experience in a customer service or contact center management role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in data analysis and strategic planning - Experience with CRM software and contact center technology - Visa sponsorship and disability insurance benefits are provided - Company equipment will be provided for remote work
