Job Description - Contact Center Manager


Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and driven Contact Center Manager to join our team at Deere in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our contact center, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficiency. You will lead a team of contact center agents, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve contact center performance and achieve key performance indicators - Monitor and analyze contact center metrics to identify areas for improvement - Manage and motivate contact center agents to achieve their goals and meet performance targets - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Develop and implement training programs for contact center agents - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contact center management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in contact center management - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of driving results and improving contact center performance - Experience with contact center technology and software - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Fluency in English and German is required
