Job Description - Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


Core-Mark Holding is seeking a Contact Center Manager to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the contact center, including managing staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring quality customer service. - Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall performance of the contact center. - Analyze data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement. - Provide leadership and guidance to contact center staff, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations. - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and resolve issues. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations. - Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Proven experience in a contact center management role. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Reliable and resilient personality traits. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
