Job Description - Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


Vifor Pharma Group is seeking a part-time Contact Center Manager to join our team in Lausanne, CH. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the contact center, ensuring that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. This role requires a strong leader with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of contact center representatives, providing guidance and support as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and maximize efficiency - Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met or exceeded - Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, resolving issues in a timely manner - Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of contact center staff - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience


Requirements: - At least 7 years of experience in a contact center management role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and make sound decisions - Presentation skills and emotional intelligence are a must - Vision insurance, company equipment, and joining bonus provided - Equal opportunity employer
