Job Description - Remote Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


Ross Stores is seeking a motivated and driven Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. This part-time position is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in contact center management.


Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of remote contact center representatives to ensure high quality customer service and achieve performance targets. 2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the contact center operations, including workflow management, resource allocation, and performance monitoring. 3. Track and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of customer support activities. 5. Provide regular coaching and feedback to contact center employees to support their professional growth and development. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the contact center operations.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in contact center management, including remote teams. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. 5. Creative problem-solving skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact center software.
