Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a motivated and reliable Contact Center Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from home in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH, offering flexibility and a dynamic work environment.
As a mid-to-senior level Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our contact center operations, ensuring the team meets and exceeds performance goals. Your main responsibilities will include managing a team of customer service representatives, monitoring calls for quality assurance, analyzing data and trends to make informed decisions, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in contact center management and possess strong persuasion and creativity skills. You should also have a proven track record of driving results and have excellent communication and leadership abilities.
