**Job Description:**
GameStop is seeking a Remote Contact Center Officer to join our team in Geneva, CH. As a Remote Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers over the phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities:** - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution - Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and promotions - Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Meet and exceed monthly performance metrics and goals - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
**Requirements:** - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Driven and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills - Innovative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
