Remote Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Tissot SA is seeking a part-time Remote Contact Center Officer to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is energetic, driven, has a strong attention to detail, and excels at analysis.

Responsibilities: - Handling incoming and outgoing calls, chats, and emails from clients, partners, and colleagues - Providing high-quality customer service and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collecting and analyzing data to identify trends and improve processes - Maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed performance goals - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 3+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational and multitasking skills
