Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Lansing Trade Group is seeking a dedicated and motivated Contact Center Officer to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As part of our contact center team, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. This position is part-time and entry-level, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a courteous and efficient manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company guidelines. 4. Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the company database. 5. Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to management when necessary. 6. Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. 5. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.
