Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

PayPal Holdings is seeking a part-time Contact Center Officer to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, Switzerland. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but the ideal candidate will possess a confident and independent personality, along with strong persuasion and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests - Providing excellent customer service by resolving customer concerns in a professional and timely manner - Collaborating with team members to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all customer interactions - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times - Continuously seeking opportunities for improvement in customer service processes

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred - Confident and independent personality with strong communication skills - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues - Strong persuasion skills to handle difficult customer situations with tact and diplomacy
