Remote Contact Center Representative

As a Remote Contact Center Representative at AIG, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients while working from home. This part-time entry-level position requires individuals who are hardworking, energetic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding insurance policies and claims - Assist customers with inquiries, policy updates, and claim processes - Provide accurate information and guidance on insurance products and services - Document all customer interactions in the company database - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction - Meet performance metrics and quality standards set by the company

Requirements: - No prior experience required - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Comfortable working remotely and independently - Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly - Must have a reliable internet connection and designated workspace at home
