Job Description - Contact Center Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a part-time Contact Center Representative to join our team at Hilton in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent, resilient, and demonstrate strong leadership and analysis skills.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide exceptional customer service to guests, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Utilize CRM systems to document and track customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance goals and quality standards set by the company - Stay updated on product knowledge and keep abreast of key industry trends - Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
