Job Description - Contact Center Representative

Job Description:


Dollar Tree is seeking a driven and resourceful Contact Center Representative to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with products, promotions, and general inquiries. 3. Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently. 4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills through training and professional development opportunities. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in customer interactions.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong planning and analysis skills to effectively prioritize tasks. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
