Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

Berkshire Hathaway is seeking a motivated and reliable Contact Center Representative to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. This is a part-time entry-level position with no years of experience required. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions - Making outbound calls to potential clients to promote products and services - Updating customer information in the database - Collaborating with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction - Following company policies and procedures in all interactions with clients

Requirements: - Motivated and reliable individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent decision-making skills and ability to engage in strategic planning - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
