Job Description - Contact Center Representative


Job Description: We are currently seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team at DKSH in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat 2. Providing accurate information about products and services 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues 4. Processing orders and tracking shipments 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 7. Continuously improving customer service processes and procedures


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and resourceful individual with a strong work ethic 2. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet 3. Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers 4. Previous experience in a customer service or contact center role 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 6. Fluency in English and French (additional languages are a plus) 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
