Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

HRG Group is seeking a part-time Contact Center Representative to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide information about products and services offered by the company. 3. Assist customers with placing orders and processing payments. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 4. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. 5. Strong project management skills. 6. Must be driven and motivated to succeed.
