Job Description:


Lonza Group AG is seeking a part-time Contact Center Representative to join our team. This position is work from home, providing flexibility and the opportunity to work in the comfort of your own environment. As an Entry Level role, no prior experience is required, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing calls with customers in a professional and courteous manner - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on products/services - Document all customer interactions accurately and timely in the database - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction and team success - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Meet quality and productivity standards set by the company


Requirements: - Confident and hardworking individual with a passion for customer service - Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions - Excellent people management skills to navigate challenging customer interactions - Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work - High school diploma or equivalent
