Sefar AG is seeking a motivated and energetic Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This part-time position is ideal for individuals at the Associate Level with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or contact center roles. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have strong persuasion and strategic planning skills.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers - Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints - Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system - Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data security guidelines
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets - Experience with remote contact center tools and technologies is a plus - Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
