Job Description - Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


Northwestern Mutual is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our contact center operations, providing exceptional customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls and emails from clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with account management, transactions, and other financial services inquiries. 3. Document client interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve complex issues. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance the overall efficiency of the contact center operations. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role. 2. Reliable and hardworking with a strong work ethic. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 5. Creative and innovative approach to resolving customer issues. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems. 7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
