Job Description - Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


SpartanNash is seeking a motivated and adaptable Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. This part-time position requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Answer incoming customer calls and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and account maintenance - Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating and providing solutions - Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up on customer requests - Conduct research and strategic planning to improve customer service processes - Meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction and resolution


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite - Motivated and adaptable personality traits - Soft skills in research and strategic planning - Must be authorized to work in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH
