Customer Care Assistant

Job description:

Express Scripts Holding is currently seeking a part-time Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are hardworking and resourceful, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to customers via phone, email, and web chat - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow company policies and procedures to provide high-quality service - Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed - Assist with general administrative tasks as required

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach - Ability to work well in a team environment and cooperate with colleagues - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer applications - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, training will be provided
