Job Description - Customer Care Assistant

Job description:


Bristol-Myers Squibb is seeking a part-time Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Lausanne, Switzerland. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role. We are looking for a confident and resourceful individual with strong negotiation and creativity skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to handle stressful situations with composure. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Visa sponsorship, travel & spending expenses, and life insurance provided.
