Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

As a Customer Care Assistant at Oshkosh in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valuable customers. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 4 years of relevant experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with order placement, returns, exchanges, and product inquiries - Resolve customer complaints and issues with care and efficiency - Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and service to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall service levels - Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive customer loyalty

Requirements: - Energetic personality with a resourceful mindset - Strong people management and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software - Fluency in English and German is required, additional languages a plus
