Customer Care Assistant

Job description:

Western & Southern Financial Group is seeking a part-time Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, Switzerland. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the financial industry. We are looking for energetic and resourceful individuals who possess strong cooperation and critical thinking skills to provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and emails from clients in a professional and timely manner - Assisting clients with inquiries, issues, and requests related to their financial accounts - Providing information on products and services offered by Western & Southern Financial Group - Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed to ensure client satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience - Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and confidentiality

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills in both English and German - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Knowledge of basic financial services and products is a plus
