Job Description - Remote Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


Comcast is seeking a Remote Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service to all clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records - Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilizing data and analytics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Meeting performance metrics and goals set by management


Requirements: - Independent and energetic personality traits - Strong persuasion skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently - Flexibility to work in a remote environment - High school diploma or equivalent required
