Job Description - Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


Lennar, a leading construction and real estate development company, is seeking a Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, Switzerland. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are driven, passionate, and looking to start a career in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in person - Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Working closely with the Customer Care Manager to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation - Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met - Assisting with scheduling appointments and service requests - Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs effectively


Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Strong negotiation and decision-making skills - Must be detail-oriented and organized - No prior experience required
