Remote Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Customer Care Assistant to join our team at United Technologies in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals who are independent, hardworking, innovative, and persuasive.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and technical issues - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly - Adhere to company guidelines and policies to deliver a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules - No prior experience required - Must be innovative and persuasive
