Job Description:
Avon Products is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Care Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis with the opportunity to work from home. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer cases. 6. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication and service.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to different communication channels. 3. Creativity in problem-solving and negotiating resolutions with customers. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. 6. Passion for providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the customer experience.
