Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

First Data is seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Associate Level position with a requirement of 2 years of experience, the Customer Care Associate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date information - Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals on a consistent basis

Requirements: - Hardworking and dedicated individual with a strong customer service background - Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment - Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
