Job Description - Customer Care Associate

Job Description:


WEC Energy Group is seeking a confident and dedicated Customer Care Associate to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer concerns and finding solutions to meet their needs - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues efficiently - Utilize project management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively - Present a positive and professional image of the company to customers at all times


Requirements: - Confident and dedicated individual with a passion for helping others - Strong presentation skills for effectively communicating with customers - Basic project management skills for handling various tasks simultaneously - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education or certification a plus
