Job Description - Customer Care Associate

Job Description: Richemont, a luxury goods company headquartered in Basel, Switzerland, is seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our team. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will be resilient and driven, with strong leadership and strategic planning skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide personalized assistance to customers regarding product information, orders, returns, and other inquiries. 3. Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to address customer needs. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the customer experience. 7. Meet or exceed KPIs related to response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates. 8. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or customer care role. 2. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Fluent in English and German (additional languages a plus). 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
