Customer Care Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Marathon Oil is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Associate working from home in Bern, Kanton Bern, Switzerland. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with troubleshooting, problem-solving, and finding solutions to their issues - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintain customer records and update databases as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction - Identify and escalate priority issues to management as needed - Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics related to customer service and satisfaction

Requirements: - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong critical thinking and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
