Customer Care Associate - Work from home

We are seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our team at Biotronik AG in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. This is a part-time position with a Seniority level of Associate, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a prompt and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with questions and concerns. 4. Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and provide solutions. 5. Monitoring customer feedback and escalating issues as needed to management.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and hardworking attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. 2. Strong project management and problem-solving skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and issues. 3. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the healthcare industry. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
