Customer Care Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

US Foods Holding is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Care Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in the Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH area. As an Associate-level position, we require at least 2 years of experience in a customer care or similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Answer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate as needed - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize creativity and decision-making skills to find innovative solutions to customer problems

Requirements: - Must be reliable and hardworking - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
