Job Description:
Sunrise Communications AG is currently seeking a Remote Customer Care Manager to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with mid-to-senior level experience in customer care management, with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote customer care representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service. 2. Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Monitor customer care performance metrics, analyze data, and make recommendations for improvements. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer care issues and drive customer-focused initiatives. 6. Develop training programs for customer care representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care management. 8. Provide regular reports to senior management on customer care performance and initiatives.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in customer care management, with at least 8 years of experience. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Adaptable and dedicated personality traits. 6. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively. 7. Proficiency in customer care software and tools. 8. Ability to work independently and remotely.
