Job Description - Remote Customer Care Manager


Job Description:


We are looking for a Remote Customer Care Manager to join our team at L-3 Communications in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This position will be part-time and at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer care or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer care representatives, ensuring that they provide exceptional customer service and support - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, working to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner - Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track team performance and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Conduct regular training and coaching sessions with team members to enhance their skills and knowledge - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care to continuously improve processes


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in customer care or a related field - Strong leadership and management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Hardworking and dedicated attitude - Innovative mindset - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
