Job Description - Remote Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a Remote Customer Care Manager to join our team at Richemont. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position requiring at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing the customer service operations remotely from Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland on a part-time basis.


Responsibilities: - Oversee a team of customer care representatives and ensure high-quality service delivery - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues or complaints - Train and coach team members to improve performance and achieve targets - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in customer care


Requirements: - Independent and driven personality traits - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proven experience in a customer service management role - Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
