Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Care Manager to join our team at Western & Southern Financial Group in Basel, Switzerland. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer care or a related field, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer care representatives and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. 2. Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products and services. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Prepare regular reports on team performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in customer care, with at least 7 years in a managerial role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong leadership and team management abilities. 5. Good understanding of customer relationship management principles. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Time management and planning skills.
