Job Description - Customer Care Manager

Job Description: Hilton in Lausanne, Vaud, CH is seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer service operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and leading a team of customer care representatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer service roles, possess strong leadership skills, and demonstrate emotional intelligence in managing customer interactions.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve customer satisfaction. 2. Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance and support as needed. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. 4. Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely responses. 5. Train new customer care representatives on company policies and procedures. 6. Track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of customer care initiatives. 7. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolution in a timely manner. 8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in customer service roles. 2. Driven and confident personality traits. 3. Strong leadership skills. 4. Emotional intelligence in managing customer interactions. 5. Excellent communication skills. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred). 7. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
