Job Description - Remote Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Cincinnati Financial is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Care Manager to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As a Remote Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer care representatives who work remotely to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a team of remote customer care representatives - Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to ensure goals are being met - Provide coaching and support to team members to help them achieve their full potential - Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service - Implement training programs to improve team performance and customer satisfaction


Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and confident personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and planning skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Ability to work well in a remote team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
