Job Description - Customer Care Manager


Job Description:


Tech Data is seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a customer service or customer care role, with a track record of success in managing customer relationships and exceeding expectations. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer care representatives to deliver exceptional service to our clients - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Train and mentor customer care team members to enhance their skills and performance - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a customer service or customer care role - Strong organizational and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Energetic and resourceful personality - Ability to research and analyze customer data to drive decision-making - Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
