Job Description - Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Newell Brands is seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud. As the Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer care department, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 2. Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Develop and implement training programs for customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge. 7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer care.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. 8+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Resourceful and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. 5. Ability to effectively present information and negotiate with customers. 6. Experience in managing a team of customer service representatives. 7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
