Job Description - Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


As a Customer Care Manager at Burlington Stores in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of customer care to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Lead a team of customer care associates to provide excellent service to customers - Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures - Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as needed - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Train and coach customer care associates on best practices and techniques - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care


Requirements: - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Adaptability and problem-solving soft skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and management skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
