Job Description - Remote Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a remote Customer Care Manager to join our team at L-3 Communications in Zurich, Switzerland. As a part-time role with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, this position requires at least 7 years of experience in a customer care or related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, independent, innovative, and skilled in negotiation.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote customer care representatives to ensure excellent service delivery to our clients. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. 4. Coordinate with other departments to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution. 5. Oversee the development of customer care policies and procedures to streamline operations. 6. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on customer care performance and key metrics. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care to continuously improve processes.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in customer care management, with a minimum of 7 years in a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and other customer care tools. 6. Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions to improve customer satisfaction. 7. Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings and conferences.
